I AM J ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Standards governing lawful, safe, ethical, secure, and responsible use of the I am J AI Commercial and Enterprise Platforms, the I am J mobile application ("App"), the I am J Website, J-SPARK Nexus deployments, APIs, and related services.
Welcome to the I am J AI Commercial and Enterprise Platforms, the I am J mobile application (the “App”), the I am J Website, J-SPARK Nexus deployments, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) establishes the standards that apply when you access or use the Service.
The purpose of this Policy is to help ensure that the Service is used lawfully, safely, ethically, securely, and consistently with I am J Corporation’s mission of expanding trusted access to knowledge for the benefit of humanity.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Purpose and Scope
This Policy applies to all users, organizations, administrators, developers, contractors, partners, educational institutions, NGOs, public agencies, and enterprise customers using the Service.

- Fraud, extortion, blackmail, or other criminal activity.
Immediate action:
Serious violations involving child exploitation, credible threats, or imminent harm may result in immediate suspension or termination and may be reported where required by law.
4. Security and Technical Abuse
You may not use the Service to:
- Create, distribute, deploy, or assist with malware, ransomware, spyware, credential theft, phishing, or malicious code.
- Probe, scan, test, exploit, or bypass security controls without written authorization.
- Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, devices, or data.
- Interfere with, overload, disrupt, degrade, or damage the Service or third-party infrastructure.
- Evade access restrictions, rate limits, authentication, moderation, monitoring, or safety mechanisms.
- Reverse engineer, extract, or reproduce protected systems or content except where permitted by law or written agreement.
- Use automated scraping or data extraction in violation of access restrictions, contracts, or applicable law.
5. Fraud, Deception, and Impersonation
You may not use the Service to:
- Impersonate another person, organization, public official, emergency responder, or institution in a misleading or harmful manner.
- Create fraudulent records, credentials, certificates, identification documents, invoices, evidence, or official communications.
- Conduct scams, financial deception, phishing, social engineering, or misleading solicitations.
- Present AI-generated content as authentic human testimony, verified evidence, or official authority when it is not.
- Mislead people about whether they are interacting with an AI system where disclosure is reasonably expected.
6. AI Safety and Safeguard Evasion
You may not intentionally use the Service to:
- Bypass, disable, manipulate, or evade safety controls, content filters, usage restrictions, or monitoring systems.
- Generate dangerous instructions intended to cause serious harm.
- Develop deceptive AI identities or autonomous agents designed to manipulate, exploit, or harm people.
- Generate misinformation or disinformation intended to cause material harm, panic, public danger, or unlawful interference.
- Use prompt-injection, adversarial techniques, or automated abuse to compromise the Service or connected systems.
Security research or testing involving I am J systems requires prior written authorization unless protected by applicable law.
7. Privacy and Personal Information
You must respect the privacy, confidentiality, and data-protection rights of others. You may not use the Service to:
- Collect, expose, infer, identify, or disclose personal information without lawful authority.
- Dox, track, monitor, or profile individuals in a harmful or unauthorized manner.
- Access or disclose medical, financial, biometric, location, educational, or other sensitive information without authorization.
- Conduct unlawful surveillance or create tools designed for covert monitoring.
- Violate applicable privacy laws, confidentiality obligations, or institutional policies.
8. Protection of Minors and Vulnerable Persons
The Service must not be used to exploit, manipulate, groom, endanger, deceive, or target minors or vulnerable persons.
Educational, humanitarian, healthcare-adjacent, refugee, disaster-response, or community deployments must include appropriate supervision, safeguarding, access controls, complaint channels, and escalation procedures.
Organizations using the Service with minors are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and complying with applicable child-protection and privacy requirements.
9. Intellectual Property and Confidential Information
You may not knowingly use the Service to infringe or misappropriate copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, licenses, publicity rights, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.
You must have the necessary rights, permissions, or legal basis for content you upload, process, reproduce, distribute, or publish through the Service.
10. High-Risk and Consequential Uses
Unless expressly authorized in writing by I am J Corporation and supported by appropriate legal, technical, and human safeguards, the Service must not be used as the sole basis for consequential decisions involving:
- Medical diagnosis, treatment, triage, or clinical decision-making.
- Emergency dispatch, public-safety command, or life-critical response.
- Employment, promotion, termination, or workplace discipline.
- Credit, lending, insurance, housing, or essential financial services.
- Legal status, immigration, criminal justice, public benefits, or law-enforcement decisions.
- Education admissions, grading, discipline, or learner eligibility.
- Critical infrastructure, aviation, nuclear operations, weapons, or autonomous lethal systems.
Human oversight required:
AI output must not replace qualified professional judgment, lawful process, or meaningful human review in high-impact contexts.
11. Emergency and Safety Information
SOS Emergency Companion and other safety-related features provide informational guidance only and do not replace professional emergency services.
You may not represent the Service as guaranteeing contact with police, fire, medical, rescue, or governmental responders. In an emergency, users must contact the appropriate local emergency service directly.
12. Educational, Humanitarian, NGO, and Community Deployments
Organizations using the Service in schools, universities, NGOs, humanitarian programs, refugee settings, disaster-response operations, or remote communities must:
- Respect local law, culture, language, institutions, and community priorities.
- Protect children, displaced persons, survivors, and other vulnerable populations.
- Provide appropriate human supervision and clearly defined responsibility.
- Use transparent notices and obtain permissions or consent where required.
- Protect personal information and limit unnecessary data collection.
- Provide practical reporting, complaint, correction, and escalation channels.
- Avoid using the technology for coercion, surveillance, manipulation, political control, or discriminatory exclusion.
- Plan for maintenance, continuity, local training, and responsible transition or withdrawal.
13. Prohibited Commercial and Platform Abuse
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service except under an authorized agreement.
- Create competing services through unauthorized extraction, replication, or automated copying of protected components.
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited promotions, deceptive advertising, or unlawful marketing communications.
- Manipulate J-Coin balances, transactions, subscription entitlements, usage records, or billing systems.
- Use multiple accounts, automation, or technical workarounds to evade fees, restrictions, enforcement, or usage limits.
14. Reporting Misuse, Safety Concerns, or Vulnerabilities
If you become aware of suspected misuse, abuse, security vulnerabilities, harmful content, or violations of this Policy, please report the matter through the I am J contact page.
15. Monitoring and Investigation
To protect users, systems, and the public, I am J Corporation may review relevant account, usage, security, and operational information when investigating suspected violations, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement.
16. Enforcement
When we reasonably believe that this Policy has been violated, we may take proportionate action, including:
- Providing guidance or issuing a warning.
- Restricting specific features or usage patterns.
- Removing or blocking content.
- Suspending or terminating accounts, API access, deployments, or integrations.
- Preserving evidence or transaction records.
- Notifying an organization administrator, deployment partner, app store, or service provider.
- Cooperating with lawful authorities where required.
Serious, repeated, unlawful, or high-risk violations may result in immediate and permanent termination.
17. Appeals and Corrective Action
Where appropriate, users or organizations may contact I am J Corporation to request review of an enforcement action, provide relevant context, or describe corrective measures.
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee restoration of access. We may maintain restrictions where necessary to protect users, systems, legal obligations, or the public.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, technology, risk, law, deployment practices, or institutional requirements.
Material changes may be communicated through the App, Website, email, contract administrator, or another appropriate channel. The revised effective date will appear at the top of the Policy.
