To provide and maintain the Service, we operate a credit-based system. Understanding how this system works is important for a seamless user experience.
Access to certain Service features is granted through paid subscriptions. Each subscription plan provides a specific allocation of digital credits, known as J-Coins, for a defined subscription period, such as monthly or annually.
All purchases related to direct use of the I am J mobile application, including initial subscriptions and J-Coin top-ups, must be processed exclusively through the official in-app purchase systems provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
There is no external method or website through which users may purchase subscriptions or J-Coins for use within the mobile application. All financial transactions are handled directly by the applicable app-store platform.
Use of AI features, cloud microservices, API calls, and other processing tasks within the Service consumes J-Coins. The number of J-Coins required depends on the feature used and the intensity, duration, or complexity of the task.
When your J-Coin balance falls to 20% of your original subscription allocation, the Service may display a low-balance warning and provide an option to purchase additional J-Coins.
If you consume 100% of your available J-Coins before the end of your subscription period, access to affected features may be interrupted. You may receive a “Not Enough J-Coins Available” message.

Service refers to the I am J AI Agent App and Website operated by I am J Corporation.
User refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
Content refers to data, information, text, graphics, photos, and other materials uploaded, submitted, created, or generated on or through the Service.
J-Coins refers to digital service credits provided through a subscription or top-up purchase and consumed when users access Service features.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

The app does not directly contact police, fire, medical, or other public emergency responders. Users may optionally configure personal emergency contacts within their SOS Profile. When SOS is activated, the app may notify configured contacts through a secure encrypted link with a limited time-to-live expiration designed to enhance privacy and security.
To access the Service, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information current.
You are responsible for activity occurring under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials. You agree to notify us promptly of any suspected breach of security or unauthorized account use.
The Service and its original content, excluding Content provided by users, together with its features and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of I am J Corporation and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws of the United States and other jurisdictions.
You retain ownership of Content you submit or generate using the Service. By posting or submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works from, display, and perform that Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
The Service may generate Content in response to your input. You understand that AI-generated Content may not be unique and that other users may receive similar or identical output.
We do not claim ownership of AI-generated Content solely because it was generated by the Service. You acknowledge, however, that AI-generated Content is produced through the Service and remains subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, retain, protect, and disclose information relating to your privacy.

You agree to receive informational messages (customer care, service-related messages, and account notifications) from I am J Corporation when you voluntarily opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at corporate@iamj.ai. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, subject to applicable law.
